We may process account and contact information such as your name, email address, package, account identifiers, billing status, and communications with support or sales. Payment providers may process payment details on our behalf; VPNFTP should not receive complete card details from those providers.
2. Service and security data
To operate and protect the service, limited technical information may be processed, such as application version, device type, authentication events, connection timing, server selection, diagnostic reports, and security events. VPNFTP does not use browsing history or traffic contents for advertising.
3. How information is used
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot VPNFTP services.
- Authenticate accounts and enforce device or package limits.
- Respond to support, sales, billing, and reseller enquiries.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, and unauthorized access.

4. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, payments, email, analytics, security, and customer support, only as needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users, VPNFTP, or the public from harm or unlawful activity.
5. Reseller services
Resellers manage their own customer relationships, pricing, billing, and end-customer support. A reseller may provide information to VPNFTP when platform-level assistance is required. Resellers are responsible for providing their own privacy notices and handling customer information lawfully.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. VPNFTP uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Some information may need to be retained for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
8. Children
VPNFTP services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
