1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Reseller service
VPNFTP offers 50-account, 100-account, and unlimited reseller tiers. Service availability, applications, protocols, locations, account capacity, and platform features may change as the network is maintained or improved.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use VPNFTP to break the law, distribute malware, send spam, attack systems, interfere with networks, infringe intellectual property, exploit children, harass others, or conceal conduct that causes harm. VPNFTP may restrict or terminate accounts involved in abuse or significant risk.
4. Payments, renewals, and refunds
Reseller pricing is quoted independently by VPNFTP sales. Prices, taxes, billing timing, renewal terms, refund eligibility, and any trial conditions will be stated in the applicable reseller sales agreement.
5. Reseller responsibilities
VPNFTP provides eligible resellers with platform access, a reseller portal, white-label design support, onboarding, and dedicated reseller support. Resellers choose their own retail pricing and are responsible for their own marketing, billing, legal notices, customer relationships, and first-line end-customer support.
6. VPNFTP reseller support
All reseller tiers receive the same level of dedicated reseller support for platform, portal, setup, and service issues. Reseller account capacity differs by tier. VPNFTP does not become the reseller's direct customer-support provider unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
7. Service changes and availability
VPNFTP may update, maintain, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. VPN services can be affected by internet providers, device settings, local restrictions, third-party platforms, maintenance, and events outside VPNFTP's reasonable control.
8. No unlawful-access guarantee
A VPN improves connection privacy but does not make a user anonymous, remove all security risks, or authorize access to content or systems. You remain responsible for device security, passwords, software updates, and lawful use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VPNFTP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services, misuse, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. VPNFTP may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal necessity. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as services or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Use the VPNFTP reseller portal for service questions, account access, and reseller pricing.
